These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Veterans Driving School website, online courses, and related services. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the services.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and enrolling in a course, including your legal name as it appears on your driver's license. Certificates are issued in the name on the account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared.

Courses are timed to Virginia's published minimum instruction requirements. Time in course is tracked server-side and cannot be accelerated. You must personally complete all modules, quizzes, and the final exam.

Completing a course on someone else's behalf, or having someone complete a course for you, is prohibited and will void the enrollment without refund.

A completion certificate is generated when you pass the final exam and is delivered to the email on your account. If you named a referring attorney at enrollment, a copy is sent to that attorney.

Whether a certificate satisfies a particular court order, DMV request, or insurance requirement is determined by that court, agency, or insurer. Confirm the course you enroll in matches what you have been asked to complete.

Virginia DMV approval of Veterans Driving School is currently in process. Courses are developed around the DMV's published requirements. We will update this site when approval is finalized. Until then, verify with the requesting court or agency that an online course from this provider will be accepted.

Course fees are due in full at enrollment and are charged in U.S. dollars. Pricing shown on the site is preliminary and subject to change; the price at the time of your enrollment is the price you pay.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation policy. In general, enrollments are refundable before course content has been accessed and non-refundable afterward.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, or resell course content; attempt to bypass duration tracking or exam controls; interfere with the operation of the platform; or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All course content, text, video, audio, graphics, and software are owned by Veterans Driving School or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own course completion.

The services are provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular legal, court, DMV, or insurance outcome from completing a course.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans Driving School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course at issue.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
