This policy explains what information Veterans Driving School collects when you use our website and online courses, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to enroll you, deliver your course, issue your certificate, and support you.

Account and enrollment information: your name, email address, phone number, and, where required for certificate issuance, driver's license details and date of birth.

Course activity: modules viewed, time in course, quiz and exam results, and completion status. This is required to verify you met the course's minimum requirements.

Attorney referral information: the name and contact details of a referring attorney, if you provide one.

Payment information: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To create and manage your account, deliver course content, track completion, and issue your certificate.

To send a copy of your completion certificate to a referring attorney you have named.

To respond to your questions and provide support.

To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including detecting attempts to bypass course controls.

To comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping required of driver improvement providers.

With a referring attorney you named at enrollment, limited to your enrollment status and completion certificate.

With courts, the Virginia DMV, or other agencies where required to verify course completion or by law.

With service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your course progress, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect course functionality.

We retain enrollment and completion records for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet record-keeping requirements that apply to driver improvement providers. Other information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can update your account information at any time by signing in. You can request a copy of, or ask us to correct or delete, your personal information by contacting us, subject to record-keeping obligations that may require us to retain certain completion records.

You can opt out of non-essential email at any time using the link in those messages. Transactional messages about your enrollment and certificate will still be sent.

Our services are intended for licensed drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
